Congratulations, Dana! First Place Winner at the Kendall County Fair Youth Talent Contest: August 3, 2008 |

Dana Drew, age 11, won her first hammered dulcimer with the purchase of a $1 raffle ticket at the Gebhard Woods Dulcimer Festival. She has been taking lessons for 4 years, and her proficiency on the instrument led to a first place win in Yorkville, Illinois at the Kendall County Fair's Youth Talent Contest. Dana will now represent Kendall County next January in Springfield at the Fair Association Talent Contest. Pictured at right, Dana with her parents, Dave and Delene Drew |
